Project Success Through Self-Awareness and Negotiation Excellence
On February 6, 2026, the CoP Project Management will meet at the CRB Group GmbH office in Basel, Switzerland, for an inspiring half-day workshop
This interactive session is designed to strengthen both personal and professional skills essential for successful project delivery. The workshop is divided into two parts.
Personal Discovery & Self-Awareness
Here, participants complete a CliftonStrengths self-assessment, receive a evaluation and are grouped based on their results to gain deeper insights into their individual strengths.
Contract Negotiation
This part will build on these insights through an interactive role-play exercise focusing on negotiation strategies, enabling participants to turn self-awareness into practical excellence.
