"Project Management in a Regulated Industry”
Our Programm program brings together experts from pharma to discuss challenges and best practices in managing projects in highly regulated environments.
The day begins with guided tours of the laboratory and production areas, followed by a networking lunch and an introduction to Vetter’s project management approach. Specific presentations on the following topics will follow in the afternoon:
- Project management at Vetter, including portfolio management and lead-to-order processes
- Project management at Rentschler: From development to market launch, with insights from MSAT
- A consultant’s view of computer systems validation at Deloitte, with a focus on the impact of regulatory requirements on project delivery
- Project management for CAPEX projects at Roche, with experience reports from large-scale infrastructure initiatives
The event will end with an open discussion round and a networking dinner, providing valuable opportunities to exchange knowledge and build networks.
