ISPE’s Robotics Applications of the Year Awards is an annual award program that recognizes innovative applications of robotics technologies in laboratories and production sites. RAYA is meant as a platform to accelerate the utilization of modern robotics in our industry. This is not only about freeing workplaces from ergonomic challenges and mindless tasks and thus making them more attractive, separating product and people even better, but also increasing availability, efficiency, and quality. The invitation to RAYA 2025 starts early 2025.

The final 2024 of the RAYA- Robotics Applications of the Year Award took place at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd in Kaiseraugst as part of the ISPE DACH SIG Future Robotics Workshop. About 150 participants of the workshop from the european pharmaceutical industry experienced pitches from the 15 present applicants for the award in 8 categories and voted live on site for the winner of the public award. In addition the jury decided to honor two applications with the “Trophy for trends in software” relevant for robotics in pharma. This will become a new Award Category in RAYA 2025.
