Just under 1 year after the coming into effect of Annex 1 there is more clarity in the interpretation, initial technical solutions and findings from inspections, but certainly there are still question marks. High time for a comparison: what is the baseline of Expectations? What can be retrofitted pragmatically? What cannot be implemented satisfactorily?
