Challenge Your Mindset: Navigating Change in a Global World
Our workshop “Challenge your Mindset: Navigating Change in a global World” is the second workshop in our ‘Challenge your Mindset‘ series.
In this workshop, we will work with the ICUnet organization on the first day to expand knowledge and develop leadership skills in a global and intercultural work environment. ICUnet will begin with a keynote speech on diversity and the cultural dimension. Afterwards, there will be interactive elements to integrate the participants into the topic and give them the opportunity to share perspectives.
On the second day, we will gain insights into leading change from the perspective of a psychologist. It will give participants the opportunity to experience change for themselves, to put themselves in the shoes of different change personalities and to transfer this into their everyday lives. She will also give a talk on what goes on in the mind when you are confronted with change from a psychological perspective.
In addition, we are planning a factory tour at Roche in Penzberg, which is optional for the participants.
