Our day kicks off with optional site visits in the morning, offering a unique behind-the-scenes look at industry operations and lab.
Following a delightful networking lunch, we dive into two inspiring presentations on the theme “Empower Yourself, Empower Others” by renowned industry experts and leaders.
The afternoon features an interactive workshop by Vetter Pharma on “Empowered to Succeed”, designed to equip you with the tools and insights to drive your success in the pharmaceutical industry.

EmPOWERED to succeed
This workshop is about acting as the director of your own life and taking on the role of responsibility, self-determination, and reflection. Another focus is on strengthening inner attitudes by reflecting on self-image and consciously shaping beliefs that serve as the basis for our actions and being. Participants will learn to improve their self-perception and impact, and understand how positive emotions and self-perception affect success and external perception.
A positive self-image is considered the foundation for a positive external image – those who see themselves will also be seen by others. Additionally, continuing education and skill development will be discussed as a learning and testing ground for future skills and successes. Finally, the workshop will address the transformation of power relationships and the active use of organizational dynamics.
The workshop includes keynote speeches, dialogs and reflections in small groups as well as networking and exchange in plenary sessions.
