What to Expect

In today’s international and fast-paced work environments, effective collaboration across functions, cultures, and personalities is a key success factor. This workshop empowers participants to better understand themselves and others, and to translate this insight directly into their daily work.

Participants will learn how to leverage their strengths more consciously, adapt their communication to different styles, and turn diversity within teams into a tangible advantage. This leads to clearer communication, fewer misunderstandings, and more productive collaboration.

By combining self-awareness with practical application, the workshop delivers insights that have an immediate and lasting impact on individual effectiveness and team performance.
Additionally, an intercultural perspective on communication and collaboration will be integrated.

Preparation for Participants

Before the workshop, participants receive access to the Insights Discovery online questionnaire and their individual Insights Discovery profile.

A short e-learning module introduces the key concepts of the model, ensuring that all participants share a common foundation. This allows the workshop to focus on what matters most: practical application, exchange, and reflection.

Participants are invited to review their profile in advance and bring their observations and questions, ensuring a highly relevant, interactive, and impactful learning experience from the very start.
