ISPE Future Leaders Days 2024: Challenge to Change – Pharma Industry’s Path for tomorrow

For the sixth time, we invite Emerging Leaders & Students to our annual Future Leaders’ Days at Boehringer in Ingelheim am Rhein, Germany. At the 2-day event, you will have the opportunity to look behind the scenes of the pharmaceutical industry, discuss the latest trends and network with other career starters and experts. During the 2 days, we will offer you a curated selection of exciting talks from experts and managers, interactive networking rounds, as well as the opportunity to visit Boehringer’s site in Ingelheim am Rhein.

This year, the Emerging Leaders of D/A/CH region are proud to present the Future Leaders’ Days 2024 under the theme “Challenge to Change – Pharma Industry’s Path for Tomorrow.” Our conference will delve into pivotal issues tailored to shape the pharmaceutical landscape amidst fluctuating environments.

Our first stream, “Thriving in Turbulent Times,” will explore strategies to enhance the attractiveness of European locations, cultivate a positive change culture within organizations, and empower emerging leaders. We will also address navigating the “VUCA World” (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) and the critical skills required to thrive in these challenging conditions.

In our second stream, “VR&AIxTech: Pharma’s Future Unlocked,” we will focus on cutting-edge topics such as AI use cases, VR-based plant design and equipment life cycle management as well as the evolving interfaces between management, IT, QA, engineering, and operations. The growing importance of IT/OT integration in pharma will also be highlighted, offering insights into how technology is reshaping the industry. Join us for a transformative exploration of these themes, geared towards equipping future leaders with the knowledge and skills to lead in an evolving world.
