The Future Leaders Days 2025, which took place on 3. and 4 November at the Meliá Hotel in Vienna, organized by ISPE D/A/CH, were an outstanding success! The first day featured thought-provoking keynote speeches, followed by presentations across two parallel tracks:
- Track 1: Career, Leadership & Business
Topics included “From Idea to Market”, career paths in pharma, leadership in science, and innovation management. - Track 2: Technological Innovation
Focused on manufacturing novel therapeutic modalities, large-scale facility engineering, and sustainable technologies.
In the afternoon, three interactive workshops provided practical insights:
- Data-Driven Engineering: Using Simulation to Make Better Decisions (ZETA)
- Building the Score: A Hands-On Eco-Design Workshop (Elio Earth)
- World Café & Networking (ISPE Women in Pharma™)
The day concluded with a networking dinner at “Der Campus”, where participants deepened connections over aperitifs and fine dining.
Day 2: Knowledge Sharing and Exclusive Insights
Day two continued with engaging keynotes and presentations in both tracks.
