The European Emerging Leaders & Students present you the Future Leaders’ Days 2022.

Our 2-day event is tailored for Emerging Leaders & Students during which you will have the chance to visit the Frankfurt Site of Sanofi and listen to exciting talks given by experts on a variety of topics on Career Development & Leadership as well as Digitalization & AI. You will gain insights into, e.g., intercultural intelligence, smart factories, and how to develop into a future leader.

The full event will be held in English.

Day One – October 13th

On Site Tour Sanofi (limited number of tickets)

On Day One, up to 30 Students and Emerging Leaders will have the opportunity to participate in the Site Visit at Sanofi Frankfurt. The visit includes a tour of the huge industrial park, as well as the unique opportunity to get a glimpse into the Devices manufacturing area on the Frankfurt Campus.

Since we only have a limited capacity here, we suggest being quick with registration and to check the option for “On-Site Tour”!

Networking Dinner & Event

At the end of Day One, all participants are invited to our Networking Dinner & Event including a unique view over the Frankfurt Skyline in the upper floors of the PwC Tower.

During the Networking Event, our colleagues from PwC planned the evening program comprised of talks, a dinner, and enough time for networking.
You will have the opportunity to get to know some of the speakers of Day Two, members of the ISPE D/A/CH Board of Directors and the Advisory Board, and of course exchange with likeminded participants.

For the networking event, everyone can register!

Day Two – October 14th

On Day Two, two different streams will be held simultaneously, each dedicated to one of our main topics: Career & Leadership and Digitalization & AI.

For both streams, we have invited high profile speakers from various companies like, e.g., Sanofi, MSD, LabTwin or Roche (see the full list below). There will be numerous presentations on career development, best-practice team leadership and state-of-the-art topics related to digitalization, such as smart factory or computational optimization. The speakers will present their talks and lead interactive sessions, like mini-workshops or discussions to exchange experiences and opinions on the presented topics. You will have the opportunity to listen to up to 6 talks and participate in three of the approx. 80 min interactive workshops or discussions.

The event is organized by an international team with special support from our ISPE Ireland and D/A/CH affiliates.
